Sunco Tanning Beds strives to build the best tanning beds in the industry. All our beds go through a minimum of 30 quality tests to verify the construction as it is assembled. We turned on all lamps multiple times to ensure that all lamps, starters and components perform to our expectations before shipping. We turn on a complete tanning cycle to ensure the timing circuitry functions properly and all features work as advertised.
We select random tanning units for live testing, to safeguard maximum effectiveness and safety. We use our TOP-OF-LINE irradiance testing equipment to insure that you receive the UV as specified for each timed session. We identify the accuracy of all UV output in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally all new prototype tanning beds are tested for a minimum of 24 hours, that places every prototype bed through a series of on-off cycles, including raising and lowering the canopy to ensure that your unit will last for years.
